The Research Institute of Art Theory and Methodology of the Hungarian Academy of Arts cordially invites you to the lecture of Dorijan Hajdu entitled Embassy of Art – Cultural and Methodological Issues in Traslating Literature.
The lecture will focus on some common and not-so-common problems encountered by translators, as they play the role of cultural and artistic ambassadors. It will showcase an interdisciplinary theoretical frame and include analysis of examples both from personal research, work and experience, as well as from other sources, in at least five languages.
