Dr. Tamás Kollarik is a film specialist, filmmaker and university lecturer awarded by the Hungarian Film Prize and the Miklós Bánffy Prize (KRE, SZFE, MOME, PTE, METU). He is active in many areas of cultural and film administration. Creator and coordinator of the Hungarian Media Patronage program. He was the head of Neumann Nonprofit Kft. and the National Audiovisual Archive. He is the founder and former director of the Magic Valley Media Literacy Training Center. From 2019 to 2020, he was the Chief Operating Officer of the Television Patronage and Vice-President of the Film College. He has been a member of the Television Arbitration Committee of the National Film Institute since 2020. He is a regular jury member of the Savaria International Film Festival, the Magenta Telephone Film Festival, and the Local Value Award of the National Association of Local Televisions. He is the author and editor of several film publications, specialist books, and the creator of several DVDs, documentary animations and commercials. He is usual lecturer at international and Hungarian conferences and festivals.
