Anikó Grad-Gyenge

Dr. habil. Anikó Grad-Gyenge PhD studied musicology between 1996 and 2002 at the Musicology Department of the Liszt Ferenc Academy of Music, then she graduated at the Faculty of Law of the Eötvös Loránd University in 2004, where she obtained a PhD in copyrights in 2010. From 2003 to 2010, she worked in the Ministry of Justice and Law Enforcement on copyright codification and harmonization, and from 2007 as head of the department responsible for the area. She has been a consultant of the ProArt – Association for Copyrights since 2010. She is a member of the Council of Copyright Experts and has led the localization of Creative Commons and the European Public License. Since September 2010, she has been a lecturer at the Department of Civil Law and Roman Law at the Károli Gáspár Reformed University, and is currently a habilitated associate professor. She is a lecturer at the ELTE ÁJK Bibó István College for Advanced Studies and at the the University of Pécs, and she is also an invited lecturer in the copyright courses of several other universities. He is the editor-in-chief of “Infocommunication and Law” periodical, the vice president of the Hungarian Copyright Forum (’HCF’) and the Hungarian Group of ALAI, and a member of the board of the Hungarian Literary Authors’ Collecting Society. Currently, 142 publications in Hungarian and foreign languages are available from her, mainly in the fields of copyright, industrial property rights and media law. He regularly lectures at hungarian and international conferences.
